To seal bottles or containers with non-flat and non-smooth closures, such as bear-shaped or rocket-shaped sauce containers, a tunnel induction sealer should be used. The device is designed with a tunnel-like chamber that matches the dimensions of the product’s closure. As the product passes through the tunnel, the induction sealing process is carried out.
The automatic induction sealing machine is installed above the conveyor belt and is used for sealing large volumes of products in factory production lines. To perform induction sealing, the induction seal liner must first be placed inside the cap and then sealed onto the container or bottle. As the seal liner passes under the machine without direct contact, it is exposed to the magnetic field generated by the machine’s head. This interaction causes molecular movement in the aluminum, heating its surface. The increased temperature of the laminated aluminum (induction seal) results in it adhering to the edge of the container or bottle, without transferring the generated heat to the contents inside.
