The Taksan Super Seal machine can be used for sealing containers with neck diameters larger than 120 millimeters. This machine is capable of sealing containers with neck diameters ranging from 70 to 150 millimeters, such as certain dietary supplement containers.
For sealing low-volume products with non-flat, irregularly shaped lids, such as bear-shaped or rocket-shaped sauce containers, or similar containers, a perforated handheld device can be used.
To seal products in low-volume production or in environments where conveyor belts cannot be used, a handheld induction sealing machine can be utilized. This machine is also effective for sealing heavy polyethylene drums and barrels. Its advantages include lightweight, portability, easy handling, and very simple operation.
For sealing, first, place the appropriate sealing liner inside the cap and then fully close the cap onto the container. After setting the required time on the machine, simply position the head over the cap and press the red button on the head handle or the “Heat On” button on the panel once. After the designated time has elapsed, your product will be properly sealed and secured.
